Digital Marketing Funnel Explained!

4. Loyalty

Fourth Stage of the marketing funnel. Also known as HONEYMOON STAGE! The game does not end after a purchase! You need the clients to be coming back for more, so you need to take care of them. You have to provide the support they need to make the most out of their purchase. Your goal is simple, turn that one time customer into a lifelong client! 5. Advocacy

Fifth Stage of the marketing funnel. Also know as Bottom of the Funnel (BOFU)

This helps you jump from awareness stage right into consideration stage, because the new people are trusting their friend who is your loyal customer! This stage requires the least amount of work! Your goal is to turn your customers into marketers. Use the following content strategy to move your audience down the funnel.
